Asbestos, man-made mineral fibres (MMMF), PCB, PAH and mould. Remediation to TRGS 519 and TRGS 521 by qualified personnel, with decontamination airlocks, negative-pressure enclosures and clearance measurements. Every job is fully documented, from the notification to the authorities to the disposal certificates.

After fire, water or mould: rapid securing, removal of damaged components, drying and reinstatement. We coordinate with insurers and surveyors so that the claim does not hold up the works.

Outdoor areas following demolition or refurbishment: grading, paving, fencing, planting. The site stays in one hand right through to the finished surface.
Dismantling during ongoing production.
Production keeps running while we dismantle plant, hall sections or parts of a building. We split the project into phases with fixed time windows, separate work areas with dust and noise protection and coordinate daily with plant management and safety officers.

Do you work during ongoing production?
Yes, that is our core competence in industrial dismantling. We remove plant and building sections while production continues, in agreed phases with fixed time windows, dust and noise protection and daily coordination with plant management. What qualifications do you hold for hazardous material remediation?
Our staff are qualified under TRGS 519 (asbestos) and TRGS 521 (man-made mineral fibres), the German technical rules for hazardous substances. The company is SCC-certified (Safety Certificate Contractors). Every remediation is documented: notification to the competent authority, work plan, clearance measurement and disposal certificates.
Do you issue disposal certificates?
Yes. For every disposed fraction you receive disposal certificates by waste code, including hazardous waste such as asbestos. The certificates form part of the project documentation and can be used directly for tenders, insurers or the building file.
Which region do you cover?
We are based in Eningen unter Achalm near Reutlingen and work throughout Baden-Württemberg, with a focus on Reutlingen, Tübingen, Metzingen, Stuttgart and Esslingen. For industrial dismantling we take on projects across the state.
How quickly will I receive a quote?
We usually respond within 24 hours by phone or e-mail. After a site visit you receive a quote with a complete bill of quantities, for standard projects within a few working days.
Do I need a permit for demolition?
It depends on the building. In Baden-Württemberg, demolition is either notifiable or subject to a permit depending on size and use; hazardous materials require an additional notification to the authority. We clarify this during planning and can file the notifications and applications on your behalf.
Do you work for municipalities and public tenders?
Yes. We work for municipalities, public institutions, developers and planning offices. Quotes are prepared against the bill of quantities, with all required evidence on occupational safety (SCC), qualifications and disposal.
Do you work with English-speaking clients?
Yes. Project communication, quotes and documentation can be provided in English. Legal notices and the privacy policy on this site are available in German only.
