Owner-managed.
Personally accountable.
Schaffwerk is an owner-managed contractor for demolition, industrial dismantling and hazardous material remediation, based in Eningen unter Achalm near Reutlingen in southern Germany. Every project is personally overseen by the owner, from the first site visit to handover. Clients recommend us because they work with the same person throughout.
Our team consists of excavator operators, skilled workers and project managers with many years in the trade. You can see the experience in the pace of work, the tidiness of the site and the quality of the handover.
We grow deliberately slowly and only take on projects we can oversee personally. Even if that occasionally means turning down an enquiry.

All of Baden-Württemberg.
Our focus is the Reutlingen, Tübingen, Metzingen, Eningen, Pfullingen, Bad Urach and Münsingen area as well as the greater Stuttgart and Esslingen region. Industrial dismantling and larger deconstruction projects are carried out throughout Baden-Württemberg, from Ulm to Karlsruhe, from Lake Constance to Heilbronn.
More than demolition.
-
Safety comes first.
Protective equipment, dust airlocks, regular training and documented risk assessments are standard. That protects our staff and the neighbours around our sites.
-
Keeping material in the loop.
Wherever technically possible we avoid landfill. Concrete is processed into recycled aggregate, metals go to recycling, mineral components stay in the material cycle.
-
Rooted in the region.
Staff, recyclers and suppliers come from the region. That shortens distances and cuts emissions. If questions come up after completion, we are still there.
